Simple and delicous…we spend many hours down here around a fire during the summer (and winter) months so these are familiar tastes and flavours, beautifully illustrated as always. The other veg that usually makes it onto the grill with this lot is the butternut. Halved and often stuffed with feta – also wrapped in foil like the onion above.. Don’t know if it is commonly avaliabe your side of the woods. It is one of our staples. Thanks as always for a beautiful post! Love seeing them arrive in my inbox.
